Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the social media content calendar across priority channels
• Write and adapt social copy for different platforms, audiences, and formats
• Assist with day-to-day channel management, including scheduling, monitoring, and responding
• Help create and coordinate social media assets and optimize content for engagement
• Support employee advocacy and internal influencer activity
• Act as an in-house social media resource by staying abreast of platform trends
• Work with internal stakeholders to source content and amplify marketing initiatives
• Ensure all content meets brand, legal, compliance, and governance requirements
• Assist with performance reporting by pulling data and identifying actionable insights
• Identify opportunities to repurpose content into engaging social-first formats

Requirements

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, formats, and best practices
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
• Experience using social media management tools such as Sprinklr or similar
• Familiarity with website and social analytics tools like Adobe Analytics
• Experience working in a regulated environment with compliance review processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting content creation or briefing designers
