Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Adapt content for each platform by adjusting captions, formats, and structure
• Maintain and manage the content calendar in collaboration with Strategists and Content teams
• Monitor social activity to flag trends and audience conversations
• Track content performance metrics including engagement, reach, and retention
• Provide actionable performance feedback to creative and strategy teams
• Support publishing and optimisation across multiple markets
• Manage project-level content production spend and support financial administration

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts algorithms
• Experience managing high-volume publishing across multiple platforms and markets
• Background in social media management, content publishing, or digital marketing
• Experience in agency, in-house, or embedded studio environments
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools for social media workflows
• Ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable feedback
• Experience with social scheduling tools and community management
• Experience coordinating influencer or creator-led campaigns
