Responsibilities
- Create and manage social content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Schedule and publish content ensuring brand guidelines and accessibility standards are met
- Write and adapt platform-native social copy to maintain a consistent tone of voice
- Monitor social channels daily and engage with the community through comments and messages
- Track trending topics and cultural moments to draft reactive content
- Report on social performance metrics including reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to align assets with campaign objectives
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management for consumer brands
- Strong fluency in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Experience managing social content calendars and publishing workflows
- Solid copywriting skills for platform-native content
- Experience with community management and audience engagement
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
- Ability to track and report on social performance metrics
- Professional proficiency in English
- Basic proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content ideation and research
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an in-house agency or social-specialist environment
- Editorial background or experience writing long-form content
- Experience working with influencer or creator content
- Familiarity with social listening tools and audience research
- Experience with accessibility in social publishing
- Familiarity with paid social amplification
