Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with account and strategy teams to translate client goals into social media and content strategies
• Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and platform opportunities
• Lead social content planning across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Threads
• Partner with creative teams to develop social-first concepts and campaigns
• Own day-to-day content calendar management, publishing, and channel operations
• Oversee community management, audience engagement, and social listening
• Analyze social performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with influencer and paid media teams for seamless execution

Requirements

• 3-5 years of social media experience in an agency or consumer-facing brand environment
• Deep understanding of social platforms, internet culture, and creator ecosystems
• Experience managing brand presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Threads
• Strong content strategy, editorial, storytelling, and copywriting skills
• Proven ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with beauty, lifestyle, CPG, or entertainment brands
• Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
• Familiarity with Sprout Social, Tubular, or Siftsy
• Experience supporting launches, activations, or live event coverage
