About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage organic social posting and content development across multiple high-visibility channels
- Capture and post night-of-show content for concerts, events, venues, and festivals, including evenings and weekends
- Maintain an extensive content calendar with shifting timelines and priorities across various stakeholders
- Write engaging copy tailored to different venue brands, genres, and social formats
- Generate and edit visual assets for venue and brand campaigns
- Manage customer service inquiries and DMs, including real-time troubleshooting of high-level issues
- Create regular performance recaps and reports to provide data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with internal departments to execute content plans for key events
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Snap, and TikTok
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Sprout, and Canva
- Basic graphic design skills for resizing and editing social media assets
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands
- Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and identifying insights
- Ability to work an in-office schedule with availability for evening and weekend work to cover live events
