About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage organic social posting and content development across multiple high-visibility channels
  • Capture and post night-of-show content for concerts, events, venues, and festivals, including evenings and weekends
  • Maintain an extensive content calendar with shifting timelines and priorities across various stakeholders
  • Write engaging copy tailored to different venue brands, genres, and social formats
  • Generate and edit visual assets for venue and brand campaigns
  • Manage customer service inquiries and DMs, including real-time troubleshooting of high-level issues
  • Create regular performance recaps and reports to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to execute content plans for key events

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, Snap, and TikTok
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Sprout, and Canva
  • Basic graphic design skills for resizing and editing social media assets
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and identifying insights
  • Ability to work an in-office schedule with availability for evening and weekend work to cover live events
