Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage LemFi's social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X
• Develop a video-first content calendar reflecting the lives of UK diaspora communities
• Spot cultural trends and build online communities where audiences feel connected
• Identify and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and community partners
• Direct and collaborate with videographers, photographers, and content creators
• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to improve social strategy
• Shape LemFi's brand voice through storytelling-driven content

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of social media experience, ideally with multicultural or diaspora-facing audiences
• Strong video content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative instinct
• Deep understanding of UK diaspora communities and their social media engagement
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X
• Experience managing influencer and content creator relationships
• Strong written communication and community management skills
• Proactive mindset and strong aesthetic sense

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multicultural brands or community organisations
• Video editing skills in CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Additional language skills relevant to UK diaspora communities
