Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day social contact for clients and account teams
• Lead the development of project briefs for content, corporate, and influencer projects
• Write social copy and liaise with creative teams on content design
• Develop social strategies, including channel and content strategy and pillars
• Ensure social and influencer programs are compliant with regional healthcare regulations
• Participate in new business brainstorms and research
• Write and review social content calendars, copy, and creative
• Develop community management guides, SOPs, and external community guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital, business, or health/science-related field
• 3+ years of communications or related marketing, digital, or social experience
• Experience executing programs for corporate, branded, and unbranded healthcare initiatives
• Direct experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Understanding of paid social and organic/user-generated content campaigns
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with US/global health issues or health product communications
• Experience in partnership or advocacy roles
