Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Lead and mentor the Social Media Executive and other contributors including designers and freelancers
• Shoot original content including reels, highlights, BTS, and interviews at sports venues
• Create fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly content reports aligned with marketing goals
• Oversee real-time content capture for key events and community moments
• Collaborate with business teams for social media campaigns, venue launches, and promotions
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Manage external collaborations and partnerships with influencers and brands
• Act as an internal design and editing expert to publish content at high speeds

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand
• Experience in startup, lifestyle, fitness, or youth-centric industries preferred
• Proven ability to own and scale a brand's online presence
• Experience leading small teams, agencies, or freelance creators
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Meta Suite and LinkedIn Analytics
• Hands-on experience with content planning and field-based content capture
• Strong passion for sports is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, InShot, or similar editing tools
• Experience playing or following pickleball/padel
