Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an end-to-end social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram from the ground up
• Define content pillars, positioning, and a consistent posting cadence
• Turn client ideas into polished short-form content, including Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
• Produce and edit content end-to-end, including graphics, captions, and copy
• Lead a personal rebrand to establish a cohesive, premium, education-first identity
• Create engaging content regarding life insurance and generational wealth in a non-salesy way
• Grow accounts organically to drive inbound interest, community, and referrals
• Track engagement and report on performance to continuously refine the approach

Requirements

• Proven experience building and growing TikTok and Instagram accounts with a clear portfolio
• Strong short-form video skills across ideation, filming direction, and editing
• Solid graphic design, caption, and copywriting ability
• A track record of building personal or founder-led brands
• A strong eye for premium, aspirational, and curated aesthetics
• Ability to make complex or educational topics simple and engaging
• Focus on organic and community-led growth rather than paid advertising
• Ability to work during EST hours
