Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Henley & Partners Group and department goals
• Create, optimize, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms
• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day account activity
• Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and manage community feedback
• Track performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Identify and evaluate new platforms and digital opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Strong knowledge of design and digital marketing principles
• Meticulous attention to detail
