Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the social media marketing portfolio on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and other platforms
• Analyze and optimize posts to ensure desired impact and engagement
• Propose and execute new social marketing strategies and campaign structuring
• Conceptualize, design, and create impactful social posts
• Conduct user interviews to collect reviews, feedback, and video testimonials
• Monitor analytics to improve engagement of social campaigns
• Ideate and execute periodic discount campaigns and email marketing campaigns
• Seek out partnering opportunities with social media influencers
• Conduct periodic webinars to engage the social media audience

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience handling social media presence and growth marketing for large B2B brands
• Strong communication skills with high standard of oral and written English
• Deep understanding of Social Media Marketing tools and research
• Ability to measure and quantify marketing projects
• Basic design skills to create attractive posts
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA with specialization in Marketing or Communications
