Responsibilities
- Support the development of social strategy and marketing campaigns
- Manage daily channel operations including content planning, calendar management, and caption copywriting
- Execute social strategy for brand launches in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Create light touch ad hoc content for TikTok, Instagram Stories, and Instagram
- Perform basic social reporting to measure content performance
- Monitor social media sentiment and respond to community feedback
- Develop a social dashboard with active insights to drive results
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content development within beauty or related sectors
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, or other video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytical reporting platforms
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work from the Los Angeles office at least 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social-first graphic design
- Ability to move with speed to implement creative ideas in a collaborative environment
