Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling social content, including copy, graphics, and video, tailored to various platforms with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Translate complex legal and business topics into engaging posts for legal experts, clients, and broader audiences.
• Lead the development and execution of the global social media editorial calendar.
• Partner with design teams to create brand-consistent visual assets and industry-leading templates.
• Support attorneys by providing guidance and assistance with their individual social media presence.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and A/B testing.
• Define KPIs and provide regular reporting and data-driven insights to executives to refine engagement strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex topics.
• Proven ability to align social media strategies with business and brand objectives.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating across global teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to demonstrate ROI and refine strategy.
• Deep expertise across major social platforms, particularly LinkedIn, including algorithms and ad tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within professional services, legal, or other highly regulated industries.
