Responsibilities

• Develop creative, channel-specific content and cohesive social media strategies
• Foster authentic community engagement through active moderation and response
• Manage content calendars, production timelines, and publishing workflows
• Track performance metrics and analyze trends to inform future campaigns
• Partner with the Director of Social Media to build the social program from the ground up

Requirements

• Deep expertise in major social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior
• Strong creative storytelling and copywriting skills
• Proven ability in content planning and execution
• Experience in community management and brand representation
• Analytical mindset with ability to report on data-driven insights
• High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability
