Responsibilities
- Set the vision and lead implementation of an annual social media plan and strategies
- Establish clear social media goals and track against KPIs across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage day-to-day relationships with social media agencies and channel partners
- Draft social media portions of go-to-market plans for new product launches
- Oversee development and editorial calendar planning in partnership with Product, Creative, and Artist Marketing teams
- Lead creation and distribution of weekly reports measuring campaign metrics
- Manage analytics reporting and online listening to monitor brand sentiment
- Manage influencer relations and cross-promotional opportunities
- Manage intern hiring, training, and program development
Requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong social copywriting and creative concepting skills
- Expert in social media management tools such as Spredfast, Social Insight, or Iconsquare
- Active social media user with a strong understanding of consumer behavior
- Strong understanding of Fender brands including Jackson, Gretsch, Charvel, and EVH
