About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
- Manage day-to-day operations across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Create, curate, and schedule visually appealing, brand-aligned content such as images, videos, reels, and captions.
- Coordinate with internal departments like F&B, Spa, Events, and Rooms to highlight property offerings.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for various campaigns and activations.
- Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience managing social media for a luxury brand, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer contact skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in high-pressure situations.
