Responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the always-on social media content calendar
• Design and execute social content strategies for major cultural and sporting events
• Turn raw ideas into actionable production briefs for editors and producers
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure social integration in development phases
• Use analytics to track performance and pivot content strategy in real-time

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media for sports, entertainment, or high-growth creator brands
• Hands-on content creation skills using Adobe Suite or CapCut
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and X trends and algorithms
• Proven track record of managing content calendars in high-volume environments
• Ability to work weekends or unusual hours for live sports coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in creative writing or copywriting
• Experience working with high-profile talent or professional athletes
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of videography, lighting, and sound fundamentals
• Familiarity with Monday, Frame.io, Slack, or Google Workspace
