About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Social Lead in the delivery of social plans across all channels
- Oversee content calendars and ensure day-to-day social activity is delivered effectively
- Work closely with the Paid Social team to align organic and paid strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with platform partners like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Own reporting cadence, dashboards, and performance tracking frameworks
- Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve workflows and processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a social media, digital, or marketing operations role
- Strong understanding of social platforms from a performance and operational perspective
- Experience working with reporting, data, and performance metrics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
