About the Company

Castalie reinvents the water experience for businesses, hotels, and restaurants through eco-designed fountains and sustainable containers. As a French Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) company, we aim to provide a premium alternative to single-use plastic bottles, making water better for people and the planet.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage the social media strategy on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Plan, write, and publish high-value content
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion
• Support the personal branding development of the founder
• Produce photo, video, and interview content for clients and acquisition needs
• Manage e-reputation by monitoring and responding to Google reviews
• Launch and manage influencer and brand ambassador strategies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Communication or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro
• Ability to handle photography and video shooting
• Strong data analysis skills for digital performance tracking
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and productivity
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in communication via an internship or apprenticeship
