Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Stay ahead of social media trends, cultural moments, and viral opportunities to create timely content
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats such as Reels, Stories, Shorts, and Carousels
• Partner with Brand, Creative, and Influencer teams to align social storytelling with marketing initiatives
• Monitor and engage with audiences in real time to foster an active online community
• Manage community management through agency partners to ensure consistent brand voice
• Use platform and external analytic tools to measure success against KPIs and derive optimization insights
• Collaborate with paid media teams to align organic content with paid social strategies

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable qualification
• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform dynamics, and digital culture
• Hands-on experience with social media, analytics, and publishing tools
• Experience in community management and working with external agencies
• Creative mindset combined with a data-driven, analytical approach
• Fluent in both English and German
