Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Dirk Kreuter's Instagram channel to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation
• Create high-performance social media postings including attention-grabbing captions
• Edit images and develop high-quality thumbnails for Reels and posts
• Edit Instagram Reels and identify relevant trends and paid content approaches for organic adaptation
• Independently develop new content formats and optimize existing ones based on data
• Manage the community by responding to comments and DMs with a focus on generating leads and customer potential
• Analyze relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures to optimize content performance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Graphic Designer
• Deep understanding of the coaching and personal development industry
• Proficiency in image editing and video editing software
• Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and derive strategies
• Willingness to work onsite in the office and attend live seminars, events, and productions
