Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Bullish, CoinDesk Data & Indices, and Consensus.
• Create and maintain editorial calendars with a primary focus on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Produce engaging content including copy, visuals, video snippets, and infographics tailored for institutional and Web3 audiences.
• Partner with executives to develop and execute personalized growth strategies for their professional social media presence.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize strategy and drive measurable results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Events, and Product teams to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Manage paid social campaigns to extend reach and drive specific KPIs such as awareness and lead generation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in social media management with a track record of driving measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and X (Twitter) dynamics and experience growing executive presence.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills with the ability to adapt messaging for financial and crypto-native audiences.
• Proficiency with social publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout or Hootsuite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or the digital assets/crypto industry.
• Experience managing event-driven social media campaigns and live coverage.
• Experience working across multiple geographies and timezones.
• Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
