Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create and schedule daily content blending business education, deal flow, and success stories
- Manage community engagement and build relationships across platforms
- Work with the Head of Supply and broker partners to source story ideas
- Track performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Experiment with new formats like threads, carousels, and short-form video
- Maintain and evolve a human, trustworthy, and action-oriented brand voice
Requirements
- 2–4+ years managing social media for a brand, startup, or agency
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and X platform-native strategies
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and trends
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage content calendars
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, investing, B2B, or marketplaces
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or other design/editing tools
- Familiarity with small business, M&A, or entrepreneurship
- Proven track record of growing social channels from early stages
