Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end content strategy and day-to-day execution across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Reddit
• Serve as the primary on-camera face of the brand for social content, product videos, and campaign shoots
• Write platform-native copy and scripts for various formats including Reels, carousels, threads, and long-form content
• Maintain a consistent content calendar with at least 4 weeks of live inventory
• Drive organic reach, follower growth, and engagement by leveraging platform-specific algorithms and distribution logic
• Track weekly performance metrics and translate data into actionable content decisions
• Support lifecycle and campaign communications across WhatsApp and email when required

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in social media, content, or brand communication, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
• Proven on-camera presence with the ability to host, present, and front brand content confidently
• Demonstrated cross-platform fluency with a deep understanding of the distinct mechanics of major social networks
• Strong copywriting skills tailored to different platform tones and audience behaviors
• High level of AI fluency, using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and CapCut AI in a daily creative workflow
• Deep familiarity with Indian internet culture and emerging digital trends
