Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and short-form videos, that aligns with brand voice
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive and high-quality social media content
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands
• Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice and messaging
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and content engagement
