Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including text, images, and short-form videos
• Monitor and respond to community interactions to foster a positive online presence
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive, high-quality brand messaging
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities
• Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling
