Social Media Manager (AI) + Content Creator (Reels/Shorts)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a monthly content strategy and weekly execution plan across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and social graphics including carousels and stories.
• Write engaging hooks, captions, and scripts optimized for audience retention.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs professionally and promptly.
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling platforms.
• Track and report on weekly performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Use AI tools to ideate, script, and optimize content for social SEO and trend analysis.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience managing brand social accounts end-to-end.
• Proven video creation and editing skills specifically for Reels and Shorts (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN, etc.).
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic and content creation.
• Strong English copywriting skills for hooks, captions, and CTAs.
• Ability to work onsite in Belgaum, Karnataka, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
• Experience with social media analytics and performance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid social media boosting and basic campaign setup.
• Familiarity with social listening and reputation management.
• Knowledge of "social SEO" and keyword research for discoverability.
• Ability to use AI-assisted tools for rapid content repurposing and editing.
