Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals and seasonal campaigns
• Manage the editorial calendar across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Conceptualize and manage the production of original content such as graphics, videos, Reels, and Stories
• Collaborate with in-house designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure a cohesive brand aesthetic
• Lead organic growth strategies through community interaction and platform experimentation
• Monitor community conversations and respond to DMs and comments to foster brand loyalty
• Define KPIs and track performance metrics to optimize content, timing, and format

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of social media experience, preferably with a consumer brand or creative agency
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or CapCut
• Strong visual aesthetic and a portfolio of standout creative content
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to analyze social performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform-specific behaviors

• Experience in the lifestyle, fashion, or youth culture sectors
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC) strategies
