Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee social media channels for ABOUT YOU Greece, with a focus on Instagram
• Develop and implement local social media strategies aligned with brand and company goals
• Create engaging, trend-oriented content tailored specifically to the Greek market
• Monitor performance, analyze relevant KPIs, and optimize content based on insights
• Manage community engagement and ensure consistent brand communication
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies on campaigns and content production
• Support influencer collaborations, events, and content shoots
• Identify current trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities for the Greek market

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
• Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms and their mechanisms
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture
• Proven experience in social media analytics, reporting, and content editing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Practical experience with tools like Dash Hudson or Meta Business Suite is a plus
• Fluency in Greek and English
