Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage ABOUT YOU Greece’s social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram
• Develop and execute local social media content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Create engaging, trend-driven content tailored specifically to the Greek market
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize content based on data-driven insights
• Manage community engagement and ensure consistent brand communication
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies on campaigns and content productions
• Support influencer collaborations, events, and content shoots
• Identify emerging trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ecosystems
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture
• Proven experience with social media analytics, reporting, and content editing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in both Greek and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with tools like Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
