Social Media Management Working Student

Responsibilities

• Manage German social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create and plan content and manage boosting budget planning
• Analyze performance metrics
• Support the Head of TuneCore Germany and International Marketing Manager with campaigns and events
• Control and create translations for press texts, website updates, and email campaigns
• Assist in project planning, merchandise creation, paid media, influencer campaigns, and artist relations

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Music Business, or similar
• Must be enrolled for at least one more semester and eligible for a mandatory internship
• Proficiency in TikTok and social media trends
• Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut)
• Initial experience with Adobe programs and Canva
• Native-level German and good English skills (B2 level)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management
• Experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management through internships
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Passion for music, specifically Hip-Hop and Deutschrap
