Social Media Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ambitious content strategies for food brands focusing on organic social, influencer, and paid strategies
• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to client brand teams and agencies
• Provide strategic guidance on influencer agency partnerships and performance optimization
• Lead and manage a team of three Social Media Managers
• Drive performance, insight, and optimizations across all social channels
• Oversee influencer activity and create quality frameworks for always-on content
• Spearhead the integration of GenAI technologies to enhance creative outputs
• Collaborate with insights and analytics teams to elevate social content performance
• Transform client briefs into innovative social approaches that meet brand and commercial objectives
• Stay ahead of emerging cultural trends to maintain brand relevance

Requirements

• 6-8 years of success in senior social media leadership
• Experience with consumer brands or content-focused agencies
• Expertise in social management platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Meltwater
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations
