About the Company

Winona is a women’s health company focused on making healthcare easier and more accessible for women. We’re building a modern, educational, and engaging brand that helps women feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

• Film team members using iPhone and professional camera equipment
• Capture talking-head videos, B-roll, and behind-the-scenes content
• Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Execute creative briefs and shot lists provided by the marketing team
• Suggest creative hooks, trends, and content ideas
• Guide talent during filming regarding positioning, pacing, and delivery
• Organize and deliver raw footage to the internal creative team

Requirements

• Located in or near Easley, SC
• Current college student in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or related field
• Comfortable filming with iPhone and professional camera equipment
• Familiarity with external microphones, lighting, and production setup
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends
• Must have personal equipment suitable for content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Ownership of personal filming equipment (Camera, Microphone, Tripod, Lighting)
• Experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable directing and coaching people on camera
• Creative thinker with strong instincts for social content
