Social Media Intern

Responsibilities

• Track content across multiple platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok
• Focus on voter registration and mobilization efforts
• Stay current with social media trends and algorithms to improve engagement
• Monitor post performance and analytics
• Work cooperatively with other team members and complete tasks assigned by leadership

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite at headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona
• Familiarity with social media content creation and analytics
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and X performance, including video editing and meme culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with grassroots organizing or voter outreach
• Knowledge of party politics and election cycles
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, campaign-style environments
