Social Media Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the management of official Joybuy France social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) by assisting with local and European content publication
• Create and adapt social media content aligned with the Joybuy brand image and French market trends
• Conduct social media trend monitoring, including viral content and competitor analysis, to propose creative ideas and improve engagement
• Assist the team in managing collaborations with influencers and content creators
• Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, traffic, etc.) and contribute to reporting and analysis
• Engage with the Joybuy community through comments, messages, and user interactions
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and branding teams in a dynamic international environment

Requirements

• Currently a student in communication, marketing, digital, commerce, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, digital trends, and the e-commerce industry
• Creative, curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in French and able to work professionally in English on a daily basis
• Strong visual and writing skills
• Organized, autonomous, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing
