Doji is reimagining fashion shopping with AI avatars by developing cutting-edge diffusion models and designing novel, personalized interfaces. Based in NYC, the team combines high-level taste with deep AI expertise, backed by investors from OpenAI, Cursor, and SKIMS.

Responsibilities

• Build and run an in-house UGC creator program including sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and management
• Develop tight content briefs for creator execution
• Track platform performance and iterate on successful formats
• Experiment with hooks, formats, sounds, and angles to drive conversion
• Build genuine relationships with creators
• Source and recommend creators, references, and accounts
• Utilize AI tools to optimize outreach, briefing, and reporting workflows
• Create content as needed

Requirements

• Deep understanding of viral content and social media performance
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple creators
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work without a playbook
• Clear writing skills and strong instincts for brand tone
• Data literacy to spot trends and make informed decisions
• Strong taste and a genuine passion for fashion
• Experience with video editing
• Proficiency with AI tools in daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content personally
• Previous experience running creator or ambassador programs
• Experience with performance tracking tools
• Startup or fashion industry experience
