Social Media & Influence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the integrated Social Media & Influence strategy in alignment with brand and business objectives
• Oversee a team of agency-based Community Managers to ensure best-in-class daily execution
• Partner with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies to deliver standout, brand-right content and activations
• Design and manage the influencer approach, including macro/micro/nano influencers, KOLs, and brand ambassadors
• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and visual identity across all social and influencer touchpoints
• Proactively identify new digital trends, formats, and creators to develop creative ideas for the brand portfolio
• Use social listening and data-driven insights to define KPIs and convert conversations into cultural relevance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Social Media and influencer/creator marketing
• Proven experience in the FMCG, lifestyle, entertainment, or fast food sectors
• Demonstrated track record of managing agencies and external partners
• Experience mentoring or guiding teams to deliver high-quality results
• Fluency in English is required
