About the Company

Zania is building agentic AI for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to solve massive enterprise problems. We are on a rocketship trajectory, creating intelligent agents that automate and augment complex risk and compliance workflows for customers including FAANG and Big 4 firms.

Responsibilities

• Own Zania's social voice and presence across LinkedIn and other channels
• Develop a distinct point of view that cuts through the noise
• Generate bold, original content ideas that capture the attention of security and GRC leaders
• Concept, create, and publish high-quality content with short turnarounds
• Collaborate closely with founders to shape the brand's global presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or growth marketing
• Proven ability to independently concept and publish content for a professional or enterprise audience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of resonating with CISOs and compliance leaders
• Ability to work in-person in Palo Alto five days a week

• A portfolio demonstrating original, high-quality creative work
• Experience executing high-output marketing with low budgets
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
