Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
• Create and manage content calendars, including social campaigns, podcasts, and community initiatives
• Produce high-quality, compliant graphics, videos, and written content for various platforms
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries professionally
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors
• Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance to optimise future campaigns
• Stay up to date with social media trends and healthcare industry regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of social media management experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and other content creation tools
• Proven experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to analyse performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve strategy
• Excellent organisational and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across UK, EU, and US markets
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical marketing practices
