Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule daily original content including Reels, Stories, carousels, and posts across Instagram and TikTok.
• Repurpose high-performing web stories into social-first content to drive engagement and link clicks.
• Launch and manage editorial-led social series such as weekend previews and "New This Week."
• Produce, edit, and publish engaging social content including exclusives and trend-led stories.
• Collaborate with video producers and creatives on cross-platform visual storytelling.
• Build social deliverables for both sponsored and organic branded content.
• Manage day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments and inboxes.
• Monitor social listening tools, competitor activity, and Google Trends to suggest new content ideas.
• Analyze platform insights to track reach, engagement, and growth, providing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Visit outlets, destinations, and events to capture real-time content and execute live stories.

Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of how to leverage various social platforms for audience growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a social media agency.
