Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish compelling content across social media channels to grow following and drive engagement
• Monitor social media trends, discussions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for viral content
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner
• Experiment with different content formats, specifically short-form video, to discover audience resonance

Requirements

• Native understanding of social media platform styles and cultures (X, Instagram, TikTok)
• Demonstrable experience running personal or brand social media accounts with a clear voice
• Strong interest or hands-on experience in video production, including shooting and editing
• Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability in a social-first context
• Highly creative, resourceful, and plugged into internet culture
