Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist the Social Media Manager in implementing social media strategies and daily content calendars
• Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor, manage, and respond to community engagement across all social platforms
• Analyze post and campaign performance using analytics tools to provide optimization insights
• Stay up-to-date on platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver cohesive content
• Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across all digital channels

Requirements

• 2 years of experience managing or assisting with brand social media accounts
• Proficiency in content creation tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement techniques, and community management
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
• Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon, and available for full-time, onsite work
