Responsibilities

• Own daily posting, scheduling, and platform optimization across social media platforms
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects the founder’s aesthetic, values, and personality
• Develop monthly and weekly content calendars
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
• Manage community engagement, including DMs, comments, and creator interactions
• Share new ideas weekly for content creation and shoots
• Support the production of content and write compelling captions, scripts, and hooks
• Edit photos with strong attention to detail and platform best practices
• Support strategy development for each platform

Requirements

• 2–4+ years experience in social media, digital content, or influencer management
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Proficiency with content creation tools
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience filming BTS style content
• Ability to work on-site with the founder for events, shoots, and travel
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
