Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Craft "Insta-worthy" copy that communicates the brand's unique vibe and maintains a consistent tone of voice
• Oversee community management by responding to comments, questions, and reviews to elevate online reputation
• Capture video content during photoshoots, events, and brand activations for social media stories
• Track and analyze key social media metrics to assess campaign performance and prepare insightful reports
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive digital edge
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute new event concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Thorough knowledge and interest in social media platforms and digital trends
• Proficient in copywriting and professional communications
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel requirements
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience creating content specifically for TikTok and YouTube
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
