Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Craft high-quality, "Insta-worthy" copy that maintains the brand's signature tone of voice
• Oversee community management by responding to comments, questions, and reviews to elevate online reputation
• Capture video content during photoshoots, events, and brand activations for social stories
• Track and analyze key social media metrics to assess campaign performance and prepare insightful reports
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive digital edge
• Manage a regular posting schedule to ensure brand consistency and reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Thorough knowledge and interest in social media platforms and digital trends
• Strong copywriting and communication skills with fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience creating content specifically for TikTok and YouTube
• Experience working within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle industry
