Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Craft "Insta-worthy" copy that communicates the brand's unique vibe and maintains a consistent tone of voice
• Oversee community management by responding to comments, questions, and reviews to elevate online reputation
• Produce sensational content highlighting award-winning dining, nightlife, and promotions
• Capture video content during photoshoots, events, and brand activations for social media stories
• Track and analyze key social media metrics to assess campaign performance and prepare insightful reports
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Thorough knowledge and interest in social media platforms and digital trends
• Proficient in copywriting and professional communications
• Computer literacy with mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a significant plus
