Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn according to the content calendar
• Write engaging, brand-appropriate captions and hashtags in both English and Arabic
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster community engagement
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of visual assets
• Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Assist in the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns and influencer collaborations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for seasonal campaigns and new content formats

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms in a brand or agency setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Experience with platform management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
• Basic understanding of social media analytics
• Strong written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Basic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva or CapCut
