About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media handles including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Support on-site catering operations and event execution
- Oversee and assist with catering set-ups in collaboration with culinary teams
- Create high-quality audio and video content using various hardware and software
- Monitor and report on social media KPIs and metrics weekly
- Provide general marketing support through customer engagement, tabling, and polling
- Design marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage
Requirements
- Strong skill set in content creation and video/audio editing
- Ability to manage and build E-Commerce environments
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms for feedback aggregation
- Understanding of standard Social Media KPIs and metrics
- Ability to work hands-on with hospitality and catering setups
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
