About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple social media handles including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Support on-site catering operations and event execution
  • Oversee and assist with catering set-ups in collaboration with culinary teams
  • Create high-quality audio and video content using various hardware and software
  • Monitor and report on social media KPIs and metrics weekly
  • Provide general marketing support through customer engagement, tabling, and polling
  • Design marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage

Requirements

  • Strong skill set in content creation and video/audio editing
  • Ability to manage and build E-Commerce environments
