Social Media Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume audience engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads
• Respond to comments, questions, and inbound messages aligned with brand voice
• Guide audience members toward relevant content, newsletters, and podcast episodes
• Maintain social CRM tagging and workflow hygiene within Sprinklr
• Identify recurring audience themes, sentiment, and emerging issues
• Surface standout audience stories and testimonials for community storytelling
• Provide weekend coverage and support during high-volume brand moments and launches

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in community management, social engagement, or social media
• Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or a comparable enterprise social CRM/listening platform
• Proven experience supporting high-volume social engagement across multiple platforms
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA
• Availability for scheduled weekend rotations

• Ability to translate daily engagement into practical audience intelligence
