Social Media & Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create social media content aligned with the Dana brand across multiple handles
• Collect and produce engaging material to populate social media channels
• Generate weekly reports on social media KPIs to grow digital footprint
• Interact with customers to gauge satisfaction and liaise with management on solutions
• Collaborate with food service teams to generate digital content regarding food processes and trends
• Respond to customer inquiries and suggestions professionally
• Identify stakeholders to collaborate on amplifying digital viewership
• Manage E-Commerce environments for pre-ordering and product updates

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat)
• Strong background in photo, video, and audio content creation and editing
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Ability to create marketing collateral such as posters, signage, and digital displays
• Experience managing E-Commerce platforms, preferably in hospitality
• Ability to interpret social media performance metrics and generate strategic reports
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle for onsite visits and event execution
• Strong customer service and communication skills
